These Terms govern your use of the Dharsan Dresses website (dharsangroups.com), our in-store services, and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Dharsan Dresses is a clothing retailer based at Yadava Street, Varadaraja Nagar, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. [OWNER: insert registered business name and GSTIN once available.]

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are shopping on behalf of a minor, you do so as the responsible adult.

3. Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Bulk reseller accounts require prior written approval.

4. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout; free above ₹1,000.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock has run out, a pricing error occurred, or the order looks fraudulent.
• If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full within 5–7 business days.
• Stock counts on the site are real-time but not guaranteed; in the rare case an item sells out between checkout and shipping, we'll offer an alternative or full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000 in supported pincodes. We never store full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

6. Shipping & delivery

Full shipping details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Returns & refunds

Standard 7-day return window for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policyfor what is and isn't returnable. Custom-stitched items, cut fabric, and intimate wear are not returnable.

8. Custom stitching & private viewings

• Custom stitching is a bespoke service. Measurements you provide are taken in good faith; minor adjustments are included.
• Custom-stitched items are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.
• Private viewings are by appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Dharsan Dresses or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content commercially without our written consent.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site.
• Place orders without genuine intent to pay.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.

11. Reviews & user content

By posting a review, you grant Dharsan Dresses a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and marketing channels. You confirm the content is your own and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or off-topic.

12. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those mandated by Indian law. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to physical item due to display calibration. We do our best to make this minimal.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Before approaching a court, please raise the issue with our Grievance Officer (see our Privacy Policy).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will change at the top. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
